Privacy policy

The owner is provisional until the company that will take over this website is incorporated. These details will then be updated.

2. What data we process

Only what you give us in the forms on this website:

• Pro form: name, email, phone (optional), person or business, trade or sector, city, Instagram or TikTok handle (optional) and whether you could take urgent jobs.
• Waiting list: email and city (optional).

We also store the language of the page, the type of form and, if the link you arrive from includes them, where you come from (the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign parameters of the link, for example if you arrive from a social media video). We use no cookies for this.

For security and to prevent abuse, we also store an irreversible, encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the form was sent from. Your IP cannot be recovered from it.

3. Why we use it

• To tell you about Today's launch and its arrival in your city.
• For pros, to write to you with the next steps and help set up your profile.
• To know which channel (for example, a social network) sign-ups come from, to measure what works.

We use your data for no other purpose. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles with this data.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: one email is enough.

So that we can demonstrate your consent, we keep the date and time you gave it and the version of the text you accepted.

5. How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or, at most, 12 months after Today launches in your city if you do not join the app.

6. Who else can access it, and where it is

We do not sell or share your data with anyone. To provide the service we use these providers, which process data only on Today's behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts this website and the database where sign-ups are stored. The database is in its Western Europe region.
• Google Ireland Ltd.: provider of the email (Gmail) we write to you from.

Transfers outside the European Union: Cloudflare and Google belong to groups based in the United States, so data may be processed in or accessed from that country. Both participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and apply standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

If we start using another provider, such as an email sending tool, we will add it to this list before using it.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Age

The forms on this website are only for people aged 18 or over. By sending them, you confirm you are 18 or older. If we learn that a minor has given us their data, we will delete it.

The Today app, once available, may be used from the minimum age allowed by Spanish law, under the conditions set out in its own terms of use and privacy policy.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
